AMS (Architectural & Metal Systems Ltd.) is Ireland\u2019s only independently owned manufacturer of extruded aluminium profiles<\/strong> and the sole fa\u00e7ade systems producer<\/strong> conducting all processes in-house. Since its establishment in 1990 in Cork<\/strong>, AMS has built a reputation for high-performance aluminium windows, doors, and fa\u00e7ade systems<\/strong> supplied to architectural and construction projects across the country.<\/em>

The Challenge: Keeping Up with Growth & Efficiency Needs
<\/strong>AMS is a company specialized in aluminium extrusion, sheet metal fabrication, and powder-coated aluminium<\/strong>. As demand grew, the company needed a solution to balance production workload efficiently.<\/strong>

The Solution: Ranger CNC 6321 V-Groove<\/a>
<\/strong>Having already tested and trusted Muratori Machines, AMS decided to invest in a second Ranger CNC 6321 V-Groove<\/strong>. They decided to purchase the second Ranger CNC 6321 V-Groove<\/a>.<\/strong> This decision allowed AMS to balance workload<\/strong> between two machines, to increase production capacity<\/strong> without compromising quality and to enhance efficiency in machining aluminium sheets.<\/strong> So, the second Ranger<\/a><\/strong> CNC was installed in 2024<\/strong>, immediately improving workflow and reducing bottlenecks<\/strong> in fabrication.<\/p>

Custom Modifications & After-Sales Support
<\/strong>To further enhance efficiency, Muratori Machines and PCS ProCompositeSolutions<\/a> worked closely with AMS<\/strong> to implement a separate vacuum section for machining smaller parts<\/strong>. We worked with them to see where and how the changes could be done to accommodate both the manufacturer and us as the end customer.<\/strong> AMS has also been highly satisfied with the after-sales support<\/strong>.<\/p>

Future Plans: Investing in Growth<\/strong>
<\/strong>With two Ranger CNC<\/a>s now running<\/strong>, AMS has successfully scaled its aluminium processing capabilities<\/strong> and they confirmed when asked about future investments in Muratori Machines\u2019 technology.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
