Anyone working with ACM, Dibond, painted or anodised solid aluminium knows the problem well. During machining, fine and sharp aluminium swarf remains on the spoil board. If it becomes embedded in the MDF, it scratches the surface of the panel loaded right after. On painted or very delicate surfaces, it’s a defect that leaves no margin.<\/p>
