Cassette Folding

Alu Folder is the manual-operated folding machine for composite panels for architectural façades, transport industry, Interior Design and Visual Communication.

The Alu Folder machine allows bending the returning fold in one go and in perfect linearity along the V-shaped milling line.
Solidly built in welded steel tubes and then painted, the Alu Folder allows an optimal
processing due to the back support for large cassettes and thanks to the tilting locking system. The machine is equipped with repositionable plastic guides, which allow the locking and folding of the panels, preventing marking panels’ surface.

Why choose Alu Folder

Bending and returning fold in one go

The Alu Folder machine allows bending the returning fold in one go and in perfect linearity along the V-shaped milling line.

Easy to use

Once the panel has been placed in position; the operator simply pushes down on the bar in one single motion. The pressure filled pistons makes this a one person operation.

Locking and folding panels

The machine is equipped with repositionable plastic guides, which allow the locking and folding of the panels, preventing marking panels’ surface.

Greater precision

The large and accessible working surface is 100% true resulting in bends that are perfectly straight and completed in just a few seconds.

ACM/ACP/MCM

Bends the returning folds of the composite panels with aluminum skins (ACM, ACP, MCM) previously fabricated on a Panel Router, Alu Bender or a vertical panel saw

Easy to use
Once the panel has been placed in position; the operator simply pushes down on the bar in one single motion. The pressure filled pistons makes this a one person operation.
Completely adjustable

The locking and folding feet are completely adjustable and are made of plastic that will not mark or scratch the surface of the composite panel during the bending process, even when folding of all four sides.
