The furniture industry, or furniture industry, also referred to as “Furniture” is concerned with the design, manufacture and sale of furniture. The choice of materials in the furniture industry depends on the style of furniture, the environment in which it will be used, durability and maintenance requirements, and cost and environmental sustainability considerations.
There are a variety of materials used in the furniture industry, among which wood, metal, glass, plastic, and composite materials such as Dibond®, or other carbon fiber composites, which offer strength and lightness, are sometimes used for designer or high-performance furniture.
