Because they are vertical, our CNC with Vertical Worktable Alu Ranger oneR, oneR Pro and VGroove, take up 60% less space, compared to a horizontal machining centre with the same worktable surface area.

Greater safety

The side guards and photoelectric cells increase the degree of safety for the operator; in particular, the risk of flying tool parts or work pieces is extremely low thanks to the vertical arrangement of the worktable.

Better ergonomic solutions

The operator working on the CNC with Vertical Worktable has significantly more ergonomic access to the worktable and always has a complete view, and thus perfect control, of the entire process. Finally, during manual unloading, there is no need to bend over the worktable to retrieve machined parts.

The machine is designed to operate on panels made of different materials, adapting tools (slot mills, circular blades, milling discs), rotation speed, the feed speed during machining and lubrication. The machine can be equipped with patented automatic loading - Alu Loader - and unloading - Off Loader - systems to further increase daily productivity.

Greater cleanliness

The vertical arrangement of the worktable is also synonymous with greater cleanliness: the waste shavings resulting from machining, which are not sucked up, fall to the ground, leaving the worktable perfectly clean. In addition, access to the worktable for further cleaning is made easy by the ergonomics of the machine.

More secure hold

Powerful vacuum pumps (Made in Germany), large size pipes, highly engineered air flows, and automatic control of solenoid valves from PLC make possible multiple combinations of vacuum zones, depending on panel size and thus ensure a more secure hold of the work piece.

Automatic vacuum reduction (PATENTED system) is managed by PLC and allows for easy detachment of machined work pieces, providing utmost precision and a more secure hold in the event of work piece transfer.

Greater automation

The high productivity of the Alu Ranger CNC, already guaranteed by the combination of the best tools, suitable for each different material, can be increased thanks to Alu Loader, the patented automatic panel loading and positioning system without an operator, and thanks to the possibility of also automatically controlling unloading, with Off Loader, the patented vacuum table covered by a breathable cloth. The integrated work cell-loading, processing, unloading-can be controlled and supervised by a single operator.

The rigidity of the vertical structure ensures greater vibration absorption, less cutting indentation, longer machine and tool life.
