Ranger Vertical CNC – Core Autonomous Capabilities

The Ranger’s vertical design isn’t just space-saving, it’s engineered for smart automation:

  • Automated Tool Changes
    The Ranger features a multi-tool carousel for automatic tool swaps during machining. This eliminates manual tool changes and allows for complex operations in a single uninterrupted cycle.
  • Barcode/QR Code Scanning System
    Barcode scanners can identify each panel automatically for installation purposes. This can also be utilized to replace a damaged or incorrectly sized panel.
  • Material Positioning
    The vertical bed uses an intelligent loading system that automatically positions and activates based on the panel size and cutting path, optimizing hold and reducing setup time.
  • Smart Vacuum Table Management
    The Ranger optimizes vacuum zones on-the-fly, activating only the necessary sections to ensure secure material hold and efficient energy usage.

Integrated Work Cell – Fully Automated Workflow
